At Antique Taps we pride ourselves on our commitment to our customers. We will replace or restore any goods damaged by courier due to transport. All Damages must be reported within 24hrs of delivery to meet with the terms of the insurance agreement. If you post us any products please remember to send packages recorded delivery and make sure to cover the value of the product with sufficient insurance. Also remember to send your paperwork with the item. Please keep a copy of any documentation for your records. We will often agree to exchange products within a reasonable time scale. delivery costs can not be returned. We would also like to remind clients that you are welcome to arrange collection of you're goods and postal and courier services are used by instruction of the client.

All overseas carriage must be paid before the dispatch of any goods.
